  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are issued for the product’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
  • If the product was purchased with a promotional discount or as part of a bundle, refunds will reflect the discounted price.
  • If the item is returned after the 30-day period, we may not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The process will be similar to a return, with the new item shipped after we receive the original product.
